Normandy Vexin · Eure
A charming house facing the valley in a small village of the Normandy Vexin. Fields as far as the eye can see, horses, footpaths starting from the village, and the sea 1h20 away whenever you feel like it.
Rural Normandy
Mainneville is a village in the Eure, between the Epte valley and the Lyons forest, in the heart of the Normandy Vexin. From the 2,000 m² garden, the view opens onto the valley and the fields: blue flax in spring, rapeseed and golden wheat in summer, morning mist in autumn.
Life here follows the countryside: the Saint-Louis walk (12 km) starts in the village, with around fifteen more trails of 3 to 22 km, the Avenue Verte London–Paris for cycling and a riding stable less than a kilometre away. Local producers are close by: charcuterie and beef at the Bosc Renard farm, cider at the Clos du Mont Viné, markets in Gisors and Lyons-la-Forêt.
The house sleeps up to 10 in four bedrooms with a view. Heated pool in season, hot tub all year, pellet stove, tree house and zip line for the children: everything you need to stay put.
